Optional hard anodized coating as wear protection
Our printing cylinders are available as standard printing cylinders or with an additional aluminum coating. For the roller coating, we use an electrolytic oxidation of aluminum materials to create a protective layer on the surface of the printing cylinder. The hard anodized coating serves as protection against wear and corrosion and also improves the sliding properties and service life of the printing cylinder. In addition, we offer you many options for customization.

The beginnings of Zecher GmbH started with the founder Kurt Zecher, who worked on the treatment of surfaces in a workshop.
Today, 73 years later, the workshop has become an international anilox roller manufacturer with four production plants and more than 170 employees.
