Zecher and Ulmex cooperate in the field of laser cleaning

Zecher GmbH has started a new partnership with Ulmex Italia srl in the field of laser cleaning and has been distributing Evolux laser cleaning machines since November 1, 2021. 

Confidence in a long-standing sales partner

With the announcement of Ulmex as a new partner of laser cleaning machines, Zecher builds on an already existing partnership in the distribution of anilox rollers and sleeves. As Ulmex has launched an innovative technology solution in the field of laser cleaning with its Evolux laser cleaning machines, a supplementary cooperation was obvious.

Ulmex is setting new standards with the technically advanced Evolux laser cleaning machines. The machines convince with their cleaning results, even with the most difficult residues of lacquers, adhesives, silicones and resins, a fully automatic cleaning process as well as maximum individual cleaning programs by using a pulse laser as the heart of the machines, where not only the power of the laser can be regulated but also the frequency and characteristics of the pulse can be calibrated. In addition, cleaning by Evolux machines does not require the use of chemical detergents or solvents. This makes the machines particularly interesting for the food packaging sector and for companies that focus on environmentally conscious printing and cleaning. 

The Evolux laser cleaning machines are available for web widths up to 1000, 1700, 2100, 2500 and 3000mm, with a load capacity of 50 – 1000 kg individual weight of sleeves and anilox rollers. They can be perfectly integrated into production processes, reducing the factors of time and cost in anilox roller reconditioning. It also improves print quality and enables longer reproducibility.
