Having only just finished celebrating last year’s sales growth, the first half of 2017 is already over and our consistent cultivation of the market continues to pay off. In the first 6 months we have already managed to increase the order receipt value by 10% compared to the previous year.
Customer-oriented sales concept
The reason for this is due to our continuous efforts with our products and services to fulfil the needs of our customers in the best possible way. To that effect, the introduction of a new sales concept allows us to have a closer customer support and a faster response to requests. Our customers worldwide benefit from this intense support through the growing network of international sales partners.
Innovative engraving technologies
In addition to our optimisations in sales processes, our advanced product portfolio has also contributed to the success of the last few months. This includes our unique SteppedHex engraving. It helps the printer get optimised printing results with an improved discharging behaviour of the anilox roller cells. Since the presentation at Drupa last year, sales of SteppedHex anilox rollers have increased significantly and the feedback from our customers has been consistently positive. Additionally, our fully developed and sophisticated engraving range has the suitable engraving technology on hand for every application area, so that our anilox rollers can be individually tailored to meet our customers’ needs.
