In November and December we were happy to welcome Julia Bannenberg as a new employee in the Marketing Departmend and Michael Rüschenbeck as a member of our Sales Team. From now on, they will enrich our team with their extensive know-how.
We succeeded in attracting Julia Bannenberg as a new member in the Marketing Department starting mid-November. Her bachelor’s degree in Design and Project Management and her master’s in Business Engineering, with a major in Product Management, means that she brings extensive knowledge to the job to help us further expand our diverse marketing activities in future. Working in close cooperation with our Sales Team, she will be responsible for communication, the external presentation of our company, the organisation of trade events and our strategic marketing. Marketing will become increasingly important in the course of our focus on international growth, and having Julia Bannenberg on-board means that we are optimally prepared for our future development.
In December, we were happy to welcome Michael Rüschenbeck as a new member of our Sales Team. He started his career as a trained printer and also completed specialised training to qualify as a Master Industrial Printer. After graduating as a Master Professional (CCI) of Technical Management, he went on to gain commercial skills in addition to his technical knowledge. He also worked for one of the world’s largest printing machine manufacturers for 8 years, so he is already well established in the industry. As a member of our Sales Team, Michael Rüschenbeck will look after our flexible packaging, corrugated cardboard and label printing customers in the German-speaking market. He will be providing them with comprehensive support for their printing projects. His multifaceted expertise in printing technology and business makes him an ideal addition to our commercial Sales Team for technical products.
